No, unfortunately that is not possible. You will receive a sample of your artwork within 48 hours after ordering and changes can be made free of charge.

You can request unlimited changes until you are 100% satisfied!

That is always possible. Send an email with your order number to service@lavistique.nl.

Any animal that can be photographed can be on one of our portraits!

First check whether it has not ended up in the spam box. Isn't this the case? Mail to service@lavistique.nl.

If you state in the note which color background you want, we will take that into account! Or put together your artwork here completely yourself

Send an email with a photo and order number to service@lavistique.nl as soon as possible and we will send a new copy.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, this is determined per country and total amount. We offer free shipping from €60,-

Delivery times vary by location. Under the "Add to cart" button you can see the expected delivery time to your location. This is between 2-13 days from the time of ordering.

Yes, we ship all orders with a Track&Trace code. You will receive this, and all shipping updates, via email.

Don't worry! Our service team can give you updates about your delivery. Mail to service@lavistique.nl.

You can always cancel. The procedure does differ depending on the status of your order:


No sample received yet?

Then cancellation is free of charge . Make sure you let us know as soon as possible.


Have you already received a sample?

Then it costs €10, - (per edited figure) to the artist costs we had to incur.

It remains a matter of taste of course, but we will do everything we can to make you 100% satisfied!


Really not satisfied? That can happen. Read the answer to the question above what the procedure is.

That's annoying! Send an email to service@lavistique.nl as soon as possible and we will send your correct artwork as soon as possible. You can throw away or keep what you have received.

From Monday to Friday we always try to respond the same day. If not, we will respond the day after.

We do not have a customer service telephone number. We have a live chat where we can be reached every working day until 22:00. On Saturdays and Sundays we can be reached until 18:00.
