Refunds 

Because all products we make are custom made, they cannot be returned. Your artwork is carefully and completely made to your personal taste.

 

If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us and we will look for a suitable solution together.

If your order has arrived damaged, an incorrect size has been delivered or has not arrived at all, we will immediately send a new one. Please also contact us about this. 

 

Cancel

Because we want to start creating your artwork as soon as possible, we will send your photo to our design team as soon as possible. You will receive the sample by e-mail within 48 hours. Once you have received the sample, the order cannot be canceled completely. We charge €10 in artist fees that cannot be refunded. After we have sent you an email with the sample, are you not satisfied and do you want to cancel? Then we will withhold €10 per figure from the amount to be refunded. 

Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you upload. If you don't follow our photo guidelines, we don't have a solution for this. It is your responsibility to upload a high quality photo taken according to our photo guidelines. Low quality photos result in low quality artwork. 

Please note that all artwork on the site is made from high quality & high resolution photos. With low quality & low resolution photos, our design team cannot create the high quality finish you see on the site.
